粉ワサビ（１ｋｇ）です。
原材料：西洋わさび,洋カラシ,青色１号,黄色４号

●溶き方
湯のみかお猪口みたいな小さめの容器に粉ワサビを入れ、お湯ではなく水を入れ箸などで手早く溶きます。スプーンだとくっついて無駄になるみたいです。人によっては砂糖を入れたり大根おろしやその汁をいれる人もいるそうです。
少し粘り気がでたら容器を伏せておきます。１０分ほど置いて辛味が増したら使います。
